Outdoor Yoga and Sensory Nature Meander
Yoga outdoors under the trees on a purpose built platform. Then followed by the most beautiful mindful meander around High Dalby House Woods. It's blissful!
BBQ, Twilight Meander, Forest Bathing & Stargazing
Just the most fantastic place to do all of these activities, leaving you super-chilled. We'll also try a bit of stargazing lying down too! This will be wonderfully relaxing.
Brunch, Becks & Bird Call - a mindful walking experience
A new experience which promises to be sociable as well as restful and relaxing. Includes sumptuous food before we head off for our slow, gentle walk.
