Brunch, Becks and Bird Call - walking experience

Brunch, Becks and Bird Call - A Guided Walking Experience

Dalby Forest, North York Moors National Park, England

Experience led by Alison and hosted at High Dalby House**

What you'll do

Come and enjoy a sumptuous brunch in the most beautiful surroundings at High Dalby House**.  Dine outdoors, surrounded by mature woodlands, listening to birdcall and soaking up the calm atmosphere.

Sated, you'll head out for a slow, walk and talk into Dalby Forest itself. There’ll be time for pictures, pauses and mindful moments. Indeed you'll learn lots about how to do a mindful walk - a tool you can use anytime needed back home.

I'll introduce you to a sensory experience that has mindfulness at its core, with incredible results. Basically you hear, see and feel so much more of the natural world around you. It's incredibly grounding and calming, so if you've been going through the mill recently, this is ideal.

Simply put, it’s timeout for you. An opportunity to slow down. Breathe. And revel in the beauty of nature with good company.

Walk information

We'll walk roughly 4 miles with lots of stops along the way. There are gentle hills, mud and rough ground on this walk, so a level of fitness will make this experience more comfortable for you.

This experience is suitable for couples, solo travellers and friends travelling together. It generally attracts more women. If you are alone, you're very welcome and will be in safe hands here.
