What you'll do
Sometimes in life, you just need a little more help. Maybe you're dealing with stressful situations at work. Or your mind is going crackers and you don't quite know what to do about it. Or anything else, quite frankly.
This is when, reaching out and getting support can be really useful. And in my book, you can't beat a walk and talk.
Why? There's no doubt being in nature offers a healing and grounding balm. It's something I turned to when my world fell apart so I highly recommend it.
In these 2 hour sessions, I also draw on a wealth of life experience, tools and practices developed over the past 25 years too. Once again, these are things I used when I needed it most. And they kept me well.

Over the last 18 years, I’ve worked with Manchester University, Creative Support, Red Rose Forest and Groundwork Trusts running wellbeing days. Since 2009 I’ve done workshops in the Lake District and North York Moors, teaching others how to relax and calm their mind through yoga, mindfulness and contemplative walking too.
I’ve been practising yoga since 1999, and I’m a fully qualified yoga teacher. I’m a former Zen Buddhist of many years, only leaving the sangha after my teacher died. I've been researching and implementing alternative health ways of living for the past 25 years.
I'm also a gentle walks leader, wellbeing coach, holistic practitioner and Reiki healer (qualified in 1999).
I know what it’s like to experience really challenging times (I lost absolutely everything a few years back) - and how to find your way back again using meditation and other practises.
