Magical Moonlit Meander Experience for Women

Magical Moonlit Meander- full moon experience for women

Nr. Gilling Castle, Howardian Hills, North Yorkshire, England

What you'll do

This is a wonderful opportunity to switch off, slow down and take time out for you. Align yourself with the rhythms of nature. Give yourself time to reconnect with yourself and the 'YOU' you left behind somewhere.

This experience will allow you to do this - and so much more.

I’ll take you on a  magical moonlit sensory meander that'll leave your senses zinging. Moving slowly, you'll experience the night in a completely different way. Feel the cold, crisp air as you breathe. Hear owls hooting and crunching leaves underfoot. Let the smell of nature awaken your awareness of this precious moment.

Afterwards, you'll cast your eyes to the celestial heavens above while I show you a different way to stargaze and moon-bathe. A contemplation on the dark, night sky that'll leave you feeling awe-inspired yet grounded.

Around the fire built by Georgia, I’ll direct you through an exercise that’ll focus on letting go of the old and introduce gentle activities that'll be completely soothing and regenerative too - perfect for welcoming in the cycle of the moon.

You’ll end the evening sat next to the warming fire drinking hot chocolate, toasting marshmallows and connecting with like-minded others.

This event is ideal if you wish to give yourself space, time and to let go of that ‘to do’ list. You'll leave feeling rejuvenated, calmer and ready to face a new day.

Further information - PLEASE READ

Please note, there are no public toilets on site. There are plenty of places for a natural break however!
