Magical meander - on the coast

Magical Meander - on the coast

Ravenscar, North York Moors National Park, England

What you'll do

Let me show you this beautiful spot on the North York Moors coast where you can switch off and slow down. Along the way, visit a secret place few people know about that's simply magical.

You'll see stunning views from the cliff tops out to sea - and watch seals swimming in the waves below. Watch clouds float past. Listen to beautiful bird call. Smell fragrant flowers and earthy woodland scents.

Spend time in a peaceful woodland, that's alive with the sounds and sights of nature. Sit with a tree and take it all in. Pause. Breathe. Take precious time for you.

But that's not all. You'll learn tools that'll calm your mind and 'fine-tune' your experience. The result? It increases wonder, curiosity and leaving you feeling more alive. Invigorated. Super-chilled.

You may even find, you'll have forgotten those worries you had a few hours earlier too. Just maybe...

Ravenscar is one of the quieter part of the North York Moors Coast. Overlooking Robin Hood's Bay to the North, the views out to sea are stunning.

Further down the hill are beautiful native woodlands rich in birdlife and a secret pond filled with darting damselflies and dragonflies. Its a wonderful place to pause and take time out.
